Cavendish to start in San Luis

 British rider, new signing of Omega Pharma, will come finally to the Tour de San Luis in Argentina instead of Tom Boonen, who is not physically able to compete as he suffered an intestinal infection that delayed their plans. Cavendish, the world’s best sprinter had announced to begin in Qatar, but the Belgian rushed down their plans so Cav will start season in Argentinian territory.
